Hello everyone my name is Nana Marie Knowles and I am the full time Region 20 Coordinator for Partners Resources Network TEAM Project San Antonio. We are a non-profit organization committed to train Parents and Professional that work with or have children that experience disabilities or special needs. I am a proud active duty NAVY military wife of 16 years and a parent of two children, one of which has special needs. For almost 15 years now, I have worked with families and children with disabilities, either in the classroom, being a parent advocate or at home. I am an enthusiastic, caring educator who believes that all children can learn and thrive in a learning environment that is stimulating, comfortable, and appropriate to each child's abilities. I feel that the best way for me to help is by teaching them about being honest, working hard, and trying everyday to be the best that you can be, and it will make a difference! I am very dedicated and know that when it comes to my child or any other child that needs help, I will do everything in my power to be their best advocate and teach them to advocate for themselves.
