National Dissemination Center for Children With Disabilities www.nichcy.org
NICHCY serves the nation as a central source of information on areas such as:disabilities in children, IDEA (which is the law authorizing special education),  No Child Left Behind (as it relates to children with disabilities), and research-based information on effective educational practices. NICHCY's 0-3 section focuses on providing information on Early Intervention (what it is), Early Intervention Services, Parent Involvement, Transition from Early Intervention Services, and much more.

DARS is a state-sponsored site dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities and families with children who have developmental delays.  They offer an array of services and information on disabilities through out the lifespan; starting with infants and continuing through adulthood.  DARS is the operating organization that oversees the state's ECI program.

LifePath Systems is a community-based, non-profit organization created specifically to help individuals and their families dealing with mental illnesses, intellectual disabilities and developmental delays.  LifePaths Systems' Early Childhood Intervention section focuses on providing information on the ECI process, child development, resource information and FAQ, community resources (Collin County and surrounding areas), and much more.
