2012 Continuation Report

In accordance with the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR), 34 CFR 75.253, recipients of multi-year discretionary grants must submit an annual performance report demonstrating substantial progress towards meeting project objectives.  In addition, the U.S. Department of Education (ED) requires discretionary grantees to report on their progress towards meeting the performance measures established for each program within the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).  For continuing Parent Training and Information Centers Program grantees, you must submit your annual performance report to ED by April 16, 2012. 

ED requires that grantees use the ED 524B form when submitting their annual performance report.  Please read the instructions and forms for the ED 524B carefully before completing and submitting your annual performance report.  If you have any questions about completing the forms, please contact your OSEP Project Officer.  If you would like to learn more about performance measurement, OSEP provides information on this topic at: http://www.tadnet.org/model_and_performance .
