TEAM PROJECT
Regional Coordinator : Provides training, information, referral, and technical assistance to parents and professionals using an established training curriculum and numerous publications. Significant data collection and reporting. Must attend out of town quarterly three-day staff meetings and travel within the designated region. Expenses for travel, postage, supplies, telephone, internet, and copies covered by an allowance. Laptop computer and projector provided. Must be able to use email, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Salary range $1,917-2,167 per month for full time, based on education and experience. Health insurance available for full time.
Three positions are available:
1) Houston (Region 4), full time position, works from TEAM Coordinating Office;
2) San Antonio (Region 20), half time position, works from home;
3) Rio Grande Valley (Region 1), full time position, works from home.
Administrative Assistant: Provides support to all project staff, in particular, the Program Manager. Duties include: answer multi-line telephone, disseminate mail and email, welcome visitors to the Coordinating Office, assist in planning and organizing meetings and other events, assist with data collection and reporting, prepare items for mailing, file, make copies, maintain supply inventory, and other clerical and support activities. Full time position located in the Coordinating Office in Houston (Office hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Salary $2,000 per month. Health insurance available. Bilingual preferred.
